How does the booking process work?
A client makes a booking via the partner link on your website.
He will immediately receive a travel registration via e-mail from INTER CHALET. This confirmation includes all travel data and specific information concerning the payment arrangements.
After completion of the online booking you will receive a copy of the client’s travel registration via e-mail.
After verification of the travel registration by INTER CHALET the client will receive a written booking confirmation.
The payment of the amount due (down payment/final payment) for the booking is settled directly with INTER CHALET. You as agency are not authorized to act as debt collector but will receive a commission agreed upon in the contract for each booking which is made on your website.
Approx. 3 weeks prior to the arrival date the client will receive his travel documents (voucher etc.) from INTER CHALET, after the receipt of the total amount of the booking price. The travel documents for short term bookings will be sent accordingly.
Cancellations or any changes of online bookings cannot be made online. You as agency, or the client respectively, need to contact INTER CHALET.
The complete booking is processed by INTER CHALET.
Online partners receive a commission of 8 % of the total turnover which is made via their website. The commission is also effected on additional surcharges, fees, insurance premiums and extra performances. The payment of the commission is made at the client’s respective arrival date to your bank account.
