In the centre of Mariapfarr, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: 2 swimming pools angular heated (01.06.-01.09.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, slide. In the complex: restaurant, bistro, WiFi, sauna, massage (extra). Steam room, whirlpool, infrared sauna, relaxation room, shopping facilities, lift, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces), communal covered parking (extra). Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, café 200 m, bus stop 160 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Prebersee 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 300 m, cycle lane 500 m, chair lift 7 km, skisport facilities 7.5 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 160 m, ski school 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Stille Nacht Museum Mariapfarr 300 m, Outdoorparc Lungau 2.5 km, Burgerlebnis Mauterndorf 7 km, Murtalbahn und Taurachbahn. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grosseck-Speiereck, 8 km, Obertauern, Aineck - Katschberg 20 km. Free ski bus service to the ski region Fanningberg, Grosseck-Speiereck and Obertauern und Katschberg - Aineck. The catalogue photo is just an example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The Alpin - Vital - Wellnesscenter Samsunn (4 saunas, indoor-Kneipp facility, whirlpool and relaxation room in the nudist spa area, beauty area, outdoor pool only summer) is directly connected to the house and available to guests 3 hours a day with free admission. The wellness center will be closed in late April and early November each for about 2 weeks for maintenance works.
