Private: property 2 ha, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (13 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, 15.05.-10.10. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Paddling pool, terrace (120 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Steep motor access (500 m via unmade road). Steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 4 km, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 12 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
