Beautiful single-family house "Lgota", surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in the countryside. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden plants and flowers, orchard, pond. Private: terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace (swing). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Nearby attractions: Wadowice 10 km, Inwałd 18 km, Oświęcim 37 km, Kraków 35 km, Zakopane 105 km. Please note: suitable for families. There is a small holiday cottage in the grounds belonging to the owner. The majority of the grounds comprises large productive fishponds. These are separated by a wire fence. Note: Fishing is for recreational purposes only, not for consumer purposes. Guests can use the vegetable garden. Three cameras were installed in the area (in front of the building and at the fish pond). The owner comes to feed the fish once a week. The presence of the owner does not affect the rest of the guests.Football.
