The estate consists of 3 separate houses: La Casona, El Pajar and El molino. Small, comfortable, historical windmill "El Molino", from the 18th century, surrounded by trees. In a secluded, sunny position, 15 km from the sea, 10 m from the river. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, parking at the house. Restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, sandy beach 15 km. Nearby attractions: San Vicente de la Barquera 25 km. Please note: Property ref. ES9188.100.1 is situated on the same property.

Small village with 100 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, 80 km south-west from Santander, 25 km south-east from S.Vicente de la Barquera. All shops, restaurants etc. in S. Vicente Barquera, 25 km. Area belonging to the Herrerias town council, on the border with Asturias. Nearby, you can visit many cultural and tourist areas: Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Covadonga. Local fiesta de Sta Maria. There are horseriding routes, bicycle hire, canoe trips on the river Deva, organised routes for mountaineering and hiking, Quad bike routes (4-wheel bikes). Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabarceno 80km. It is possible to play golf in San Vicente de la Barquera, 25 km. ("Golf Sta Marina").
